CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
We accept a limited number of custom orders each week to ensure every order receives the time, care, and attention it deserves.
Limited Availability: We only accept a certain number of custom orders per week and may be fully booked on your requested date.
Email Response Time: Due to the high volume of emails we receive, please allow up to 48 hours for a response after submitting your order request via email. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Pricing & Additional Fees: All pricing listed on our website reflects base pricing only and does not include additional design fees, writing, or special requests. Additional charges may apply depending on the details and complexity of your custom order.
Wedding Cake Pricing: Wedding cakes are priced by the slice and start at $5.50 per slice, with a $100 minimum order. Final pricing may vary depending on your design, details, and special requests.
Order Confirmation: Submitting an order request does not guarantee or confirm your order. Your order is only confirmed once it has been reviewed, approved, and paid for.
Payment Deadline: All custom orders must be confirmed and paid in full at least 10 days before the scheduled pickup date.
No Payment, No Order: Orders that are not paid in full by the 10-day deadline will not be made and will be cancelled.
We recommend placing your order requests early, as availability is limited and dates can fill up quickly. Please follow the instructions below to place your custom order.
